Step into our welcoming French restaurant nestled in the heart of Bang Rak, Koh Samui. Born in Lyon, our Chef brings a wealth of experience from prestigious kitchens in France and Switzerland to your table. With a love for market-fresh produce and carefully selected ingredients imported from France, he crafts hearty and flavorful “canailles” dishes that celebrate French bistro traditions.

On the grill or plancha, he prepares what’s known as the island’s finest Charolais beef, alongside a rotating selection of homemade specials, from slow-cooked classics to generous grilled meats, all complementing our signature bistro-style menu.

					After seeing a thinly cut Wagyu skirt steak arrive alongside my girlfriends thick fillet steak, I was a little worried... read more mine would be overdone. It’s notoriously difficult to get a great crust and a pink middle on a thin steak, simultaneously.

Somehow they managed it! It was closer to rare rather than medium-rare - which is no easy feat! (And just how I like it).

Alongside my potato gratin and French onion soup to start, it was a beautiful meal. A real gem and well worth the price.

My only regret is not being able to try other things on the menu.
